Photo Contest

We love to see your photos taken in Shawnee! Whether you and your family are

visiting an attraction or event, playing at the park, shopping downtown or dining on the town, take your camera!

The Contest is Easy!
Submit your favorite photo(s) of your family or children enjoying any event, attraction, restaurant or recreational activity in Shawnee. 

Prizes
Two winners will be chosen for this contest. Each winner will receive a prize pack courtesy of the Shawnee Convention & Visitors Bureau and partners with a value of more than $250!


Entries
Entries must be received by Thursday, March 1 at 5 p.m. Winners will be notified via e-mail no later than Thursday, March 15. 
1. Submit your photo(s) by e-mail to: info@visitshawnee.com
2. Attach your favorite photo (or photos, no more than five please) to the e-mail.
3. In the subject line write "Photo contest entry by (your first and last name):"


Contest Rules
By submitting your photo in the contest, you agree to the following rules:
1. The contest is open to photographers 18 years and older. 
2. Photos submitted must have been taken in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
3. Photos will be judged on originality and relevance to the community.
4. Winners will be notified via e-mail no later than Thursday, March 15, 2012.
5. Photos may be displayed via Facebook, www.visitshawnee.com or Twitter prior to 
    the winners being announced.  
6. No more than five (5) entries per family/person. 
7. Upon submitting your photo, you agree that all persons featured in the photo have 
    given permission to be entered into the contest. 
8. All entries become property of the Shawnee Convention & Visitors Bureau and may 
    be used in any media showcasing the CVB. Photos may be used on Facebook, 
    Twitter, print advertising and www.visitshawnee.com, etc.
