Barbara Hertz, originally from Dover, NJ came to retire in Tecumseh, OK. Because her husband was in the U.S. Air force, she was able to learn from many different artist. This has allowed Hertz to create outstanding pieces of art like the two horses she designed for the community of Shawnee.
