With over 2,500 square feet of space in our event hall and an additional floor if you rent out our bar & stage area, Brickhouse can handle everything from setting up tables and chairs, coordinating audio/visual needs, and even decorating for your party.

Avedis Conference Center
17,000 sq ft of open concept space across two floors, with options for small to large events.

Grandstand
Large outdoor arena. Seats up to 7,500 in covered bleachers with an additional two uncovered wings seating 250 each; green room/meeting spaces under the bleachers.

Otto Krause Arena
Indoor arena with concrete floor seats 1000, with attached concession and LED lighting.

Fred Humphrey Pavilion
Three-section enclosed pavilion with dirt floor perfect for dirt track racing and livestock functions with attached concession.

The Multi-purpose Area measures 27 x 45 feet and will accommodate up to 64 people seated at tables or 100 standing or seated in rows. The temporary Gallery space is available on occasion. This 35 x 60 foot room will accommodate up to 160 people seated at tables, and its parquet flooring is great for dancing!

Arena and sports venue located at Oklahoma Baptist University; Host your sporting event at OBU and utilize state of the art basketball, tennis, football, and pool facilities. The Mabee Arena seats 2,400 and the luxurious Mabee Suite overlooks the court.

The Conference Center at St. Gregory’s Abbey offers space for meetings, workshops, trainings and day-long retreats for businesses, churches and non-profit organizations.

The entire restaurant and backyard is available to rent for small to medium sized events. In addition to catering events onsite, Theopolis also has food-only catering services available offsite in the Shawnee area! Call for more information.

The "Long Room" houses special exhibits, but is also available for rent for banquets and meetings. Contact the center for more info.

Whether you need a single table for a small crew or the entire shop for your event, we're up for the job! In addition to rentals for space, we can cater your on-site event, provide a barista to make your guests their favorite beverage, and we also have artists and materials onsite to guide group crafts.

Rent out the entire coffee shop space (back patio included!) for $75/hour with barista, $50 without. Catering available upon request.
